Membership Guidelines:
- The Commitment: Our memberships are a 12-month commitment, as consistency is key to seeing the best results from your treatments. We understand that life can bring unexpected changes, so we do allow for early termination. However, this will involve a cancellation fee, and you will be charged for any complimentary treatments you’ve received. For extenuating circumstances like pregnancy or medical issues, we’re happy to discuss a temporary hold on your membership. Please contact us to discuss your options.
- Wallet Funds Never Expire: If you complete your one-year commitment, your beauty bank remains available to use at regular pricing if you decide not to renew.
- Funds Cannot Be Shared: Your membership is personal and cannot be transferred or shared with others.
- Membership Auto-Renews: After one year, your membership will automatically continue unless you notify us to cancel.
- Upgrades Allowed, Downgrades Not: You can upgrade to a higher-tier membership at any time, but you cannot downgrade.
- Bonus Treatments Are Non-Transferable: Free treatments earned with Glow-Up and UltraLux memberships cannot be donated or transferred to someone else.
- Cannot Be Redeemed for Cash or Gift Cards: Wallet funds and perks cannot be exchanged for money or converted into a gift card.
- Cannot Be Combined with Other Promotions: Membership pricing and benefits cannot be combined with other promotions, unless otherwise stated. (Lux still honors Evolus Rewards & Aspire in addition.)
- Gratuities: At Lux, gratuities are welcome for our facial services only as a way to thank your esthetician for their personalized care, but please note that gratuities can’t be paid from your beauty wallet funds – those are strictly for pampering yourself!
