Erin Bernstein ARNP, CRNA is the Owner and Medical Director of Lux Aesthetics. She is a highly skilled cosmetic injector whose extensive medical training gives her expert knowledge of how to work with each client’s unique features and facial anatomy to create a natural, refreshed look through a variety of non-surgical techniques.
Erin’s 16+ year background in healthcare as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner and as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist is what defines her commitment to safety and attention to detail, both of which are evident in each client’s experience and results.
Working in anesthesia and cosmetic surgery has given her a unique and specialized skill set. Facial rejuvenation is a highly personal process, and Erin and her team are dedicated to partnering with their clients to create an individualized plan that incorporates your goals and ensures that you are involved and educated in each step of the process.

Meet Simran Phambota RN, BSN is a Nurse Injector who received her education from the University of Washington and Allergan Medical Institute for Aesthetics.
With extensive experience treating injectables and taking several courses to further her education, Simran is committed to providing quality care and client education.
With a background in Surgical nursing and Dermatology, Simran’s passion for aesthetic medicine came from her own tough battle with acne. Her transformation to healthy skin led her down this path and she is committed to helping clients achieve the same confidence and feel beautiful in their own skin!

Julie Manko is a licensed Master Esthetician who specializes in Energy Based Technology along with customized facials and medical grade skincare. Julie graduate from the Washington Laser Institute, the most recognized program in Washington State.
Driven by her personal struggles with acne, Julie embarked on a transformative journey that led her to become a dedicated skincare specialist. Her profound passion lies in sharing her own experiences and providing comprehensive solutions for every skin concern and aspiration. As a valued member of the Lux team, Julie is committed to helping you attain the skin you've always dreamed of. Her approach seamlessly blends the realms of medicine and holistic care, firmly believing that true beauty begins from within, with medical treatments serving as the final touch of perfection.
Saul graduated from The Art Institute of Seattle with a BA in Marketing. He has a professional background in marketing and client satisfaction. After founding the marketing team for his previous job in Orthodontics, his passion for helping clients feel confident in their smiles allowed him to seamlessly transition into the Aesthetics Industry.
Saul is our primary point of contact when coordinating with clients and he prides himself for helping clients through each step of the process. Marketing, advertising, and social media is created and monitored by Saul and we couldn't be more grateful to have him on our team.
