Lux Aesthetics Policies
At Lux Aesthetics, we are committed to providing each patient with the highest level of care and attention. To ensure a smooth experience for all of our patients and our team, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies.
Appointment Scheduling
To reserve your appointment, we require a valid credit card on file. This helps us secure your time with our providers and protects their schedules should last-minute changes occur.
Consultation Fee
To reserve time with our providers, a consultation fee is collected at the end of your consultation. This fee reflects the time, expertise, and personalized treatment planning you will receive during your consultation.
- The consultation fee may be applied toward any treatment performed at Lux Aesthetics.
- Credit from the consultation fee must be used within 60 days of your consultation date.
- If you choose not to move forward with treatment, the consultation fee is non-refundable & non-transferrable.
This approach ensures we can dedicate our expertise to creating safe, customized treatment plans for each patient.
Cancellation & Late Reschedule Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules may need to shift. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours will result in a $100 charge to the card on file.
- Missed appointments (no-shows) will incur a $150 non-refundable charge.
Should the card on file be declined, online booking privileges will be suspended. Future appointments may only be scheduled by phone with a non-refundable deposit.
Arrival Policy
Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to allow time for check-in and to complete any required intake forms. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not have time to accommodate your treatment while still providing the five-star experience you deserve. In this case, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee may apply.
Treatment Suitability
Your safety and results are our priority. If you are not a candidate for treatment on the day of your appointment (contraindications to treatment), our providers may recommend rescheduling. Standard cancellation fees will be at the discretion of the clinic manager.
Payment & Refunds
All payments are due at the time of service. Prepaid treatments, promotional offers, packages, and membership fees are non-refundable. If you experience an undesirable reaction to a skincare product purchased at our clinic, you may return it for clinic credit (towards retail or treatment). The product must be returned within 2 weeks of purchase, with a receipt and the remainder of the unused product, to receive credit.
