I’m happy I found this medi spa after moving back to Seattle! Everyone is super friendly, Sim does a great job and is attentive to my needs and questions. I love how clean and minimalist the spa is as well!

The staff is so friendly, accommodating, and professional. A Brazilian laser treatment feels fairly vulnerable — but it was quick and easy! Highly recommend!

Julie and Lux Aesthetics are the best!! I spent weeks researching and going to consultations at different salons/clinics because I wanted to start microneedling. It was going to be my first time doing anything related to aesthetics and a big investment, so I really wanted to feel confident I was choosing the right place. No one impressed me like Lux—in ways big and small. They are so comprehensive and their process is seamless and thorough. They use the SkinPen which is FDA-approved, they scan your face before starting treatment and at every appointment so you can track your progress, they explain the process before, during, and after treatment (including providing a written aftercare card with instructions because they know it's a lot of information), and they provide small take-home aftercare products. No other place I visited did all of these. Julie is also incredible! She went above and beyond throughout my appointment. She is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to hear my entire current at-home skincare routine, asking about specific products, ingredients, and brands (and knew all of them!). She offered suggestions to fine-tune and improve it after looking at my skin and answered all of my questions with advice that aligned with, but went deeper than, the research I've done myself. I felt completely confident in her expertise, and the appointment flew by because she's so warm, friendly, and genuinely delightful. After so much research, it was amazing to find a place that was everything I had been hoping for. Thank you Lux and thank you Julie!!!

What an amazing experience! As someone new to these types of treatments, Julie was a fabulous provider, and my HydraFacial left me feeling refreshed. We had great conversation along the way, and the results were visible immediately. Would happily go back, and am going to look into one of the laser treatments for some hyper-pigmentation when I am able.
