I recently received a microneedling treatment with Inga to help address some skin texture and firmness concerns I’ve had. She walked me through every step to answer all my questions about the treatment and made sure I was comfortable during the process. The down time was very minimal and she gave me specific home care instructions for healing. After just a couple days the redness was already gone and you could start seeing glowy results! I’m a few weeks out now and I getting tons of complements on my skin. Inga is THE BEST and I can’t wait to see her again for my next treatment very soon! Highly recommend her and Lux.

I had a Morpheus Face and Neck treatment with Inga and the whole experience was great. I was greeted quickly when I arrived and Inga came right out. She is super warm and welcoming, with very calming energy. She started by numbing me while I got to hang in a cozy private nook with TV. Then we went in the treatment room and got started. I was comfortable the entire treatment. My highest pain score was maybe a 2-3/10. Inga checked in with me the whole time and made sure I was comfortable. It was over quickly and I was given clear post-care instructions to take home. The rest of the day my face felt hot and red, but nothing too uncomfortable. The next day, the redness had already improved a ton, and I healed quickly over the next week or so. Four+ weeks later my skin looks amazing. My neck is tighter and so are my jowls, and fine lines are much improved. I’d highly recommend Lux, Inga, and the Morpheus treatment for your face and neck! I have been to a few different med spas in the city and Lux is definitely one of the best. Inga is very gentle and knowledgeable, and I trust her completely with my skin!

I had a VI Peel with IngaLisa at Lux Aesthetics and had an incredible experience. The space itself is beautiful, peaceful, and impeccably clean. IngaLisa specifically was wonderful! She has such a calm, expert energy that immediately puts you at ease. This was my first chemical peel, and she made it such a positive first experience that I now plan to do it at least annually. I did the VI Peel as part of a postpartum skin reset and was blown away by the results. Within two weeks my skin was smoother, brighter, more even-toned, and postpartum acne marks and discoloration had essentially disappeared. I highly recommend IngaLisa. I’ve already booked future appointments with her for other treatments!

Emily is so friendly and helpful! Erin is AMAZING! She is thorough and descriptive of how things are beneficial to you and your facial structure. I love and appreciate that she is minimalistic and wants the most natural results. The aftercare plan on how to achieve my goals long term was timeline specific and included prices. I recommend LUX and Erin to everyone and am so thankful my co-worker shared this gem with me! I love my results and can’t stop making people see how awesome my Botox looks.

Ingalisa gave me a facial a couple weeks ago and I can't believe what a difference it made. My face is still glowing! This is the best facial I've ever had and I can't recommend enough!!!

i love lux so much! hit my late 20s and decided i was ready to give botox a go, was pretty clueless about the world of aesthetics and came here because of the stellar reviews. i doubt i will ever go anywhere else again! the facility is spotless & charming with drinks on offer as soon as you take a seat in the waiting room. injectors are extremely knowledgeable, careful, and super attentive. i’m always in & out super quick with exactly what i was hoping for 🙂 and, of course, special shout out to the gal at the front desk - she is an absolute doll & always a pleasure to chat with!! all that to say, i have a hard time imagining a better spot to get needles in your head!
