Appointment Policy
At Lux, we strive for excellence in efficiency and results. To ensure a smooth workflow and accommodate the needs of all our patients, we request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving late will deny us the opportunity to do our best and it is our belief that you deserve nothing but that. We will make every effort to perform your entire treatment during your designated appointment time but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if arriving more than 10 minutes late and a cancellation fee will be enforced (see Cancellation Policy for details).
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows significantly impact our ability to accommodate other clients. Therefore, a cancellation fee of $100 will be charged to any appointment that is canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
